Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Legal Intern to help us review and manage legal documents such as NDAs and agreements. You will play a vital role in ensuring the legality and compliance of our business operations. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing various legal documents, including NDAs and agreements. This position is ideal for a law student or recent graduate seeking to apply their legal knowledge in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Review: Carefully review and analyze legal documents, including NDAs, contracts, and agreements, to ensure they align with our business goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations in the real estate and hospitality sectors, providing insights to guide our decision-making.

  3. Contract Management: Assist in the organization and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.

  4. Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate the negotiation and execution of legal documents.

  5. Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence processes, particularly in real estate transactions, by ensuring that legal aspects are thoroughly examined and documented.

  6. NDA Management: Oversee the process of executing and maintaining Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients and partners.

  7. Compliance: Ensure that our business operations comply with all relevant legal requirements in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in law or a related field.

  • Strong interest in real estate or/and hospitality law.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory - French, German, or Hungarian is a plus.
