Bryan Wilson brings a wealth of expertise in real estate transactions, particularly within the hospitality sector. He co-founded Wilsons, a prominent law firm in Prague, and is a UK-registered lawyer and now heads up the CEE region for DUAL Asset, transactional risk insurers. Bryan’s primary focus has been on real estate transactional investment work, with extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). His portfolio includes numerous hotel transactions involving sales, acquisitions, and the drafting and negotiation of hotel management and lease agreements. Additionally, he has been involved in various joint ventures in retail, office, and industrial developments, as well as a wide array of real estate financing transactions, representing both banks and borrowers. Bryan has also played a key role in several corporate M&A transactions for major Czech clients.
